For customers who need their items sooner, we offer Priority Shipping for €5, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier services, and seasonal demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and returned through your local postal service. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
After confirmation that the returned item has arrived at our facility and meets the return requirements, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
